This site captures the magic of the Irish Landscape in Words and Photography.
The Landscapes of Counties Sligo and Donegal were made for photography with their natural beauty and some of the most inspirational scenery anywhere.
The Irish landscape reveals signs of civilisation dating back 6000 years and has a powerful sense of place and time. The longer you live in it the more you want to stay part of it.
Taking the road less travelled and seeing what happens is a good throw of the dice for some and if we occupy our own space we can learn a lot about who we are. The landscape has something to teach us because it is permanent while the timespan of a human life is fleeting.
The West of Ireland is very different to the city life and the pace of life is slow. This portfolio and the writings reflect the thoughts and memories of one who took the plunge and followed a dream. The road was not always smooth but the memories are great.

Each album contains 12 photographs with accompanying text descriptions.
